Our support team will check the transaction details performed from our end and If the transaction is a success, they will provide you the transaction number with which you can contact the bank for the where about of the funds. If the transaction is a failure, we will make swift arrangements to credit the amount back to your Khelo account. The process of checking the transactions and processing the reversal might take up to 7 working days.
