• 5% withdrawal fees will be charged on all withdrawals.

Players are allowed to withdraw, only after they generate specified number of VIP points on Cash Tables in accordance to the PROMOCODE applied based on the promotion. • If you file for redemption on receipt of any purchase bonus, without earning the pre-defined loyalty points, the same will be considered as misuse of Bonus. Our support team will check the transaction details performed from our end and If the transaction is a success, they will provide you the transaction number with which you can contact the bank for the where about of the funds. If the transaction is a failure, we will make swift arrangements to credit the amount back to your Khelo account. The process of checking the transactions and processing the reversal might take up to 7 working days.
